HOA Elect CA offers HOA Elections Services for HOA's throughout the state of California.  We can provide election services for any type of HOA and customize our programs for any type of community. 

Full Election Service Package

Our Full-Service Election Package offers a fully managed custom election package from the Call for Candidates, to Ballot Mailing, Tabulation, Reporting and Storage.  The Full Election Service Package includes:

  • In-house, Customized Design of Nomination Packet

  • In-house, Customized Design of Election Package

  • In-house mailing services (printing, assembly, postage)

  • Business Reply Mail return envelopes (Pre-paid Return Postage Optional)

  • Full review of HOA Governing Documents & Election Rules

  • Establish a calendar of election events

  • Receive, register, and securely store all returned ballots

  • Assistance with the election process (voting, replacement election materials, questions, etc.)

  • Attend Meeting to conduct the election process, including tabulation via online meeting application

  • Provide after meeting summary and election report

  • Safe Ballot storage for one year or until required by California law

Mailing of Ballot & Tabulation Package

Our Mailing of Ballot & Tabulation Package offers a medium level of election services for HOA's that do not require printing of notices and ballots but only require the independent mailing and tabulation of election services.  The Mailing of Ballot & Tabulation Package includes:
